Who we are
SeedStack Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17480545). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to send us:
- Applications: your name, email address, company name, website or deck link, company stage, a description of what you are building and what makes it unique, the infrastructure you need help with, your launch timeline and any other notes you add.
- Call requests: your name, email address, a summary of your company and product, and your preferred date and time.
- General enquiries: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Support requests: your email address, company or organisation ID, urgency and a description of the issue.
- Emails: anything you send to our email addresses.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use your IP address briefly to limit how often forms can be submitted, which protects the site from spam.

We use the information you submit to review applications, respond to enquiries, arrange calls and provide support to our portfolio companies. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other third-party tracking.
Who we share it with
We use Google as a service provider. This website is hosted on Google Cloud in its London region, and form submissions are delivered to our team through Google Workspace (Google Chat). We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
